TakeShape is looking to hire a Director of Customer Success to lead efforts in supporting our platform's users and finding new ways for them to make creative use of our tools.
- Manage our communication with users, community members, and the public
- Share stories of customer success with the TakeShape team and community
- Report on areas of improvement and key points of friction in the usability of TakeShape's products
- Identify new ways to serve our users and streamline our operations
- 4+ years experience in Customer Success or similar role
- Experience in a management role
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Compassion, empathy, and patience
