Subprocessors

TakeShape Inc. ("TakeShape") uses certain third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") to help provide its products and services (the "Services"). A Subprocessor is a third party engaged by TakeShape that processes personal data on behalf of TakeShape's customers in connection with the Services.
This page lists TakeShape's current Subprocessors, the service each provides, and the location where processing takes place, as referenced in TakeShape's Data Processing Addendum ("DPA").

Processing location
TakeShape hosts and operates the Services in the United States (primary region: AWS US-EAST-1, with backup in US-WEST-1). Customer content is stored and processed in the United States. Certain Subprocessors listed above may process limited personal data (such as IP addresses or account identifiers) in other regions in the course of providing their services.
Updates to this list
TakeShape will update this page before engaging any new Subprocessor that will process customer personal data. Customers who have entered into a DPA with TakeShape may object to a new Subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds by notifying TakeShape within thirty (30) days of the update, as described in the DPA.
